“PHOTOGRAPHERS” GUIDELINES Wedding Party _______________________________________________________________ Date & Time of Wedding _____________________________________________________ Photographer _____________________________________ Phone _____________________ I have read and understand Temple of Praise Community Church’s Guidelines for Photographers and agree to comply with these guidelines: Photographer’s Signature ___________________________ Date_______________________ Please read the regulations, sign, and return to the Bride. Keep one copy for your reference. 1. The chapel will be open and reserved for the wedding party one hour prior to the ceremony and must be vacated within one hour after the ceremony begins. 2. During the processional and recessional, photographers may take limited flash photos of the bride and wedding party from the back of the chapel. 3. Photographs during the ceremony may be taken only from the rear of the chapel and with a noiseless camera without a flash. The wedding coordinator must approve your location. 4. Flashes are not to be used during the ceremony. 5. Movements and other distractions must be kept to a minimum and must not distract from the sanctity of the ceremony. 6. The furniture is not to be moved or used as ladders. 7. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the premises, and the use of tobacco products is not permitted inside the buildings. No smoking is permitted on the premises. 8.
